Service was good and Advisors were transparent. I actually talk to the Tech directly for most of my time there, and both the Tech and Advisor were very helpful. Only issue i had with my service was i found my interior dirtied up a little. I'm not mad about it cuz my car was already a tad dirty but making sure to touch less of the interior would have been appreciated.

I have had many car repairs in my 88 years and I've never had the personal attention and care that's been given to me by honest wrench employees. They care for your car but they care for the person who drove it in. The kindness the extra mile that they go is so appreciation. I would refer anybody for any kind of car repair and tires to take your car the small place called honest wrenches. That's the best name that they could ever have because they are honest. Thank you each one of you and especially Lucy the sweet dog that greets everybody upon arrival.

As a woman, finding a trustworthy and respectful auto shop has often been a challenge, however Honest Wrenches exceeded my expectations. I needed an oil change and tire rotation, but a busy life finding time to get it done, while I waited for my vehicle, was tough. Thankfully, Honest Wrenches offers a convenient pickup service. They texted me when they were on their way, picked up my car, completed the work, and returned it, all in the same day. Aaron clearly explained the services and inspections they’d be performing. I received a link with detailed inspection results, including photos and videos of my vehicle, so I could see exactly what needed attention. When it turned out I needed new rear brakes, Aaron walked me through the options without pressure. I felt informed and respected throughout the process, and because the experience was so positive, I chose to have the brakes replaced. Once the work was complete, I received a text with a link to the invoice and a breakdown of the repairs. I paid online with ease, and Aaron followed up with a call to answer any questions and let me know they were returning my car. Everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care. I’m grateful for the respectful treatment and plan to continue using Honest Wrenches in the future.

I was genuinely excited to support a locally owned business like Honest Wrench Auto for my car service needs. I booked a basic oil change and tire alignment for Labor Day morning and even received a confirmation text for my 9:30 a.m. appointment. However, when I arrived, the shop was clearly closed—with no signage or notification indicating they would be closed for the holiday. This lack of communication is frustrating and disappointing. If your scheduling system allows bookings on holidays, it should also reflect your actual operating hours. I wasted my time and rearranged my schedule based on a confirmed appointment that never should have been available. I hope you’ll consider updating your booking system to prevent this kind of inconvenience for future customers. **Update 9/4/25 Travis Troy called me to personally to acknowledge that the error was due to a software glitch on the system as they should not have been scheduled. We are working offline but this shows that Honest Wrench is willing to go the extra mile to create a customer experience outmatching any big box retailer.
