I brought my iPhone 12 Pro Max here to have the speaker replaced. In three weeks, nobody bothered to call and update us. We drove all the way back to this store, just to be told the wrong part was ordered. Another two weeks go by. No calls. Again, we stop into the store. They tell us it’s ready. Oddly, the battery is dead. When we dropped it off it was fully charged. We drove back home, put it on charger and when it turned on THE SCREEN WAS DAMAGED, AND THE SPEAKER STILL DIDNT WORK. We drove back to the store where they told us. It would be fixed in one day. Again, two days go by and we are not contacted. I went into the store today and nothing had been done with the phone. I asked for my money back, and after several minutes of arguing, they finally refunded me. do not take your phones here to be fixed! Now we are out money because we have to repair the screen ourselves.
