Silzer Auto Repair

I recently had my car serviced here and had a great experience and as an added bonus they have a sweet dog Mia who hangs out in the office. Any kind of car repair is never fun but the staff at Silzer were fantastic. They were very patient with me explaining each item that needed to be addressed and walked me through what should be done now and what I could wait on. I was never spoken down to despite asking several questions and I never felt like my questions or concerns were being dismissed. I brought my car in at 8am and it was ready to be picked up the next day by 10am. Every person I spoke with for initial call, intake and pick up was incredibly nice and I will absolutely be coming back for any future car repairs.

I have taken my pickup to Silzer Auto Repair for several years now, and I am very glad that I have. My pickup is a 2001 Nissan with low miles, but has seen the wear of the years. Sometimes getting parts for a vehicle that old is a challenge, but I can say the Silzer has always found a solution and kept the cost very, very reasonable. They have always kept me informed of progress of repairs and let me know what may need to be attended to in the future. I can say that I have never been overcharged for a service, and in fact sometimes the bill is less that I was quoted. The office personnel is professional and friendly and seem to care about their clients. I definitely recommend them for your automotive needs.
