Sundberg America

There is nothing worse than waking up, Christmas Eve morning, to a broken furnace. We called a lot of places, in the Iowa City area where we're from, and those that were open didn't have what we were looking for. We took a chance and called Sundberg, and first, the lady on the phone was very kind, helpful, and honest. 2nd, she described what she had, and it sounded correct. We took the 1.5 hr trip and the part she described, was exactly what we needed. She was so kind in person too, and had our part sitting out for us. Making it super fast and easy. Working on Christmas Eve isn't anyone's favorite, but we're so thankful to the store, and more importantly staff, for making this frigid Christmas a little more cozy.

I ran into a problem with my Bosch Dishwasher, it wasn't working and I couldn't get a repair person to come and fix it (no one wanted to work on a Bosch). I figured it was broke and called Sunberg and spoke with VALERIE. She was extremely helpful in telling me where to find the part number and possible alternate part numbers. I took the dishwasher apart myself, with some help from you tube, and found the part number. I called her back and she was again very helpful in coaching me that I could do it and get the part for me. The part arrived and I was able to install it myself and I saved a very costly repair bill or replacement of the unit. I am extremely grateful to Valerie who was an excellent mentor and coach relieving my fears and have the dishwasher working again. She is the EPITIOME of Customer Service, Thank you! Peter
