We are pleased with our storm door. It did take months to arrive, but the staff were good about communicating and responding to questions. The installation was prompt and clean. A small part arrived with a defect, so they quickly arranged a replacement to be sure it was perfect.
We contacted Hess Windows and Doors because we heard about Hess Windows and Doors on channel 69, stating it is worth the wait. Well ...we did not even have to wait the time that we were originally given, they were able to squeeze us in before the Winter From the estimator Matt.... to the installation team it was an awesome experience. I have had a few friends go with other companies and they have had issues. We will recommend Hess Windows and Doors to all our family and friends. Well done!
