Went to Brian for a windshield replacement. Dropped the car off after hours and it was done by lunchtime the next day. Quick and easy. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Hopefully won't have to visit again soon, but will definitely refer others!
What a fantastic experience. I don’t typically write reviews, but this was above and beyond. Needed to replace the glass in an old window from a 100+ year old house. Dropped the window frame off, the nice gentleman cut the glass, put it in and glazed it for me and had it ready in about an hour for an incredible price. Also answered questions and provided info on some replacement parts I need for old storm windows. Beyond grateful! Thank you!!!
I am working with Brian on three windshield repairs / replacement that hit me in about a month's time. Brian at Alderfer is knowledgeable, helpful and a very good guy to work with! He helped me on short notice with a couple minor chips to set our minds at ease that no cracks would start spreading, and on my vehicle that is past repair, Brian found me options to choose from and priced them out so I could make a decision on replacement windshield. I will be working with Brian going forward based on my experience, and HIGHLY recommend Alderfer Glass and Brian.
Awesome local business, Brian was great to work with. Had the windshield on my Audi replaced here through insurance. Flawless installation with OEM glass, all sensors were recalibrated and working as expected. Had my car back the same day. The local Audi dealership also sends their vehicles here for glass replacement.
Very disappointed with this company. I would give a 0 star rating if I could. They damaged the paint on the roof of my car and then argued about fixing it. I was assured by the manager that “this matter would be taken care of” and “that I did not need to worry”. Ironic how their “special” roll of tape peeled the clear coat and paint right off my car and then they take no fault for the damages. I was genuinely surprised by the customer service because of the multiple five star reviews I’ve read. I now have to shell out money to have my roof repainted and it’s going to be expensive. Please stay far away from this company…
