This past summer Hancock Chimney inspected my fireplace and chimney. They found it needed repair which they completed in a professional manner. I just had them replace my old gas fire burner and logs with a new set. I am very happy with all the work they have done for me including the new cement top to my chimney that they replaced. As far as I'm concerned - they are tops. Thanks Hancock Chimney Crew
This was a great company to work with. We had weather delays and they communicated directly with our plumber to coordinate our services. We would 100% use them again in the future.

When I booked this appointment I was told there would be a thorough inspection including the chimney. I explained that I thought the seals on the door might need to be replaced to our gas fireplace. 2 guys came out for the appt. and told my wife we don’t inspect your chimney, nor did they inspect the seals on the door. They just charged us $279.00 to lite the pilot light and left.
