I was having an issue with my furnace so they came out to take a look. They charged $140 just to come into the house and then another $80 for the singular component of the furnace they tested. After the test was normal, they said they didn't know what else would be causing the problem and left with no further suggestions on how to address the issue. Result was $240 for about 25 minutes of work and no answers to the problem. I do not recommend using them.
I've used Hawn for a couple of years for my furnace maintenance. I love that when I call, a local person who actually works for Hawn answers. They're always helpful and kind. The service is great as well. The techs are thorough and professional. Never has one tried to push me to get something not needed. They show up on time and do a great job.
I am a first time homebuyer and my furnace decided not to kick on anymore. I called the number on the sticker bc they have clearly serviced it before. I’m really happy I did! They were fast, polite and explained every step of the process very clearly. I will not hesitate to call them for any other heating and cooling concerns I have in the future.
