So happy to have been introduced to Rob Harmon. He is so easy to talk to, willing to explain everything and competent. He did a fantastic job moving my a/c unit out of the mud hole it was in and up onto the deck. Great job! I have a new heating and a/c company! Thanks, Rob.
Personable, professional, and competent. I can't say enough good things about Rob and Harmon Heating & Cooling. Rob came out on short notice after a different HVAC company only partially completed our furnace cleaning and inspection, claiming our heat exchanger was damaged and that it was unsafe to continue the work. (They then tried to sell me a whole new furnace!) Rob's careful inspection revealed there was no real damage to the exchanger, and that it was operating fine. He also indicated the heat exchanger was still under warranty and, if it had been needed, could have been swapped out for the cost of labor alone - something the other guy conveniently neglected to tell me. Because of this outstanding service, I later had Harmon in to replace my old gas hot water heater. They showed up right on time and made short work of the job - no muss, no fuss. The price was also very fair. Long story short, I don't plan to call anyone but Harmon for my HVAC needs.
We have been using Harmon for over a decade & will never trust anyone else. They service our AC, furnace, fireplace, & our other heating system. They put in two of those & our water heater. If you want a no frills company that puts the customer first & won’t try to sell you something you don’t need this should be your first call.
Very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail. Our 1920's home had only radiators and no AC except window units. Harmon came out and did an estimate that beat the competitors, and had the work done within 10 days of the quote. They were friendly, kind, very knowledgeable, and thorough. It was very apparent the job was being done well and carefully. Looking forward to working with them in the future.
Absolute professionalism. Started out with my 30yo furnace crapping out on a 10° day. Almost a dozen phone calls later, Rob was the ONLY one willing to rush out and save us. Back up and running within the hour. Very reasonable service call charge. After discussing all my options with Rob, we decided to do a new 96% furnace. Ashley worked with my wife to have everything scheduled that week. Extremely responsive. My wife said Ashley was very pleasant to work with as well. Took Rob and Quinn 1 day to tear out old and install a new. What a GORGEOUS piece of HVAC. I wasn't expecting the complexity of this new furnace!! I love it!!! This thing has water pumps and humidity control.. absolutely amazing!!! Not a single bit of mess was left.. I was at work the time of install, but my wife said it was a pleasure and she felt totally comfortable having Quinn and Rob there... My 4yo son really liked them too lol. Overall, the quote was EXTREMELY reasonable, the service was EXTREMELY fast and professional. I could not be happier with how the situation turned out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
