The service on my boiler was recommended by the service rep. Which was coincidentally the same person that came to my home when I had no heat.. Very professional, explained everything thoroughly, made recommendations. I followed through everything went as planned. I would highly recommend Betlam Residential for any heating or cooling needs.

Communication before the appointment was very easy & clear. Paul called before appointment as well & was on time. He listened to porblem, reset thermostat, checked out furnace in relation to thermostat wiring, replaced humidifier water filter panel, gave me instructions about doing this on my own ea. yr., checked thermostat cycle again before leaving. He was helpful and took the time to explain things.

Brandon came rather quickly after completing his previous job. He called me 15 minutes before his arrvial and was very friendly when coming in. He was methodically in his diagnosis of the problem and found the issue efficiently. He fixed the problem, did a thorough test inclusing the CO level, made sure everything is in good order, and wrote a detailed report. I told him he saved us on the first snow day of this winter！I really meant that. Very professional, very helpful. I would recomend Brandon and Betlem highly to my friends. We had annual maintenance provided for our hot water heater on 2/18/26. The tech, Paul, was terrific. Paul was personable and professional throughout the entire process. He left the area neat and clean when he left. I would highly recommend Betlem Residential and Paul given our new furnace, AC unit, and hot water heater installations in 2021, as well as all follow up services.

Jared and John installed a new furnace, UV-light air filter, and thermostat on the day after we had purchased it. (an extremely cold Saturday). They did an excellent job! They answered any questions we had, were very confident and experienced in what they were doing and took time when they were done to be sure we were satisfied with everything about the new equipment. A great crew!!
