Recently bought a washer and dryer from Harp's Outlet. Jerad, Dani and the rest of the staff were great. Super helpful and worked with us to find the right units. If you need new appliances you can't go wrong with Harp's. Their prices are unbeatable as well! Thank you!
Bought a new midea top load washer from harp. The washer was recommended by the sales man as being a great washer. We bought the washer on Saturday, installed it on Sunday and the pump will not pump the water out of the tub. They will not let us return it to get our money back. Poor customer service. They basically wash there hands of any product as soon as it leaves their store. Don’t buy anything from harp appliance.
Went in want quickly helped and informed very much on many different styles of washers! Very helpful! Not sure we are buying it yet but the lady was very kind and knowledgeable! If she didn’t know she was willing to figure it out on the spot or ask her delivery guys! Great customer service from initial entry!
Purchased Dishwasher with 90 day payment plan. Everything was very easy and store employees very friendly and helpful. I picked it up with my own truck and employee loaded in back of truck for me Hooked up the dishwasher and it works perfect. Thanks Harp's Outlet I will be returning.
