I'm so thankful I found All Pro! Pete was very patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed to understand or pressured to make repairs. He even took the time to explain why I didn't need certain repairs that had been suggested by a different oil change place. Best of all, I felt that their prices are incredibly fair. Great experience! I was recommended to see Pete from a trusted friend. I had a brake light that would come on and off at random times. Pete was very knowledgeable and explained what the problem might be and set me up to get it checked out right away which I appreciated since it appeared to be a safety issue. He was very straightforward on what was needed and his mechanic did the repair in timely fashion. I highly recommend All-Pro in West Des Moines based on my experience!
Pete and his team are fantastic!! I took my vehicle in for multiple issues. They quickly diagnosed my problems and called me with a quote. Once approved, they had it fixed in no time. This was one of the best services I have ever received in a body shop. I showed up half an hour early because my prior appointment was a lot shorter than I expected and I was filling willing to just wait until the appointment time but they ended up getting me out before my appointment time even came around. The gentleman behind the counter(I believe his name was Pete and he may have been the owner) was so kind and understanding about me being apprehensive after an awful last couple visits to my former oil change shop. They were kind, knowledgeable, fast, and obvious took pride in their work. I will be coming back.
