Metro was able to fit be into the schedule the next day to get my washing machine fixed. Josh was professional and courteous. He did a great job. No hidden costs. No charges! Will definitely call metro appliance repair whenever I need an appliance fixed again!!
Shawn diagnosed our dishwasher issue and was able to get it fixed for us. He was Spectacular!! He really cared about what we were going thru needing it fixed before we sold our home. He made our schedule work for him. Excellent Customer Service
Hope was fantastic. She was very professional and quiet knowledgeable about everything she was doing. She put in my washer and put everything back in place and cleaned up after she was done. Where my washer and dryer are is not a very big space so for her to get it all done with out any problems at all is a testament to her work. Fantastic job Thomas Nelson
