Amazing service all around. Mo was quick to respond, communicated clearly, his team got the work done quickly at a reasonable price, and he deeply cares about his customers and his work. We drove down from MN to visit family outside Des Moines the weekend before Christmas, and on the way our Suburban's wheel bearing started scraping and getting loud. We made it safely to our destination, but we knew we shouldn't drive it any further. Late on Saturday Mo responded to our request for help; Sunday morning a tow truck picked up our Suburban and Mo's team diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts; by lunchtime on Monday we were back on the road safely. He asked me to text him when I got back home safely. The trip back was smooth and a week later all is well.

I drove my car from NY back home to Iowa for the holidays and noticed a huge cold draft coming from the passenger side floor well and center console. Roger’s was able to squeeze me in even with it being the holiday week. I was worried it was an actuator or heater core issue. Steven (the mechanic that helped me today) looked at my car not even 5 minutes and found that the dealership in NYC (that I took my car to for for oil change and a tire rotation 3 days before my drive back) removed my cabin filter, didn’t replace it and left the door open which caused the draft. He even got on the phone with the NYC dealership to try and get them to pay for it. I am so thankful I found Roger’s and highly recommend them! I will continue to use them when I move back. Thank you again Steven for helping me with everything and fixing my car back up!! Amazing service!!

Roger’s auto service is now owned by Mo. He has the same top quality service and that’s why Roger felt good about selling his shop to Mo. Mo is the best, most reliable, honest and reasonably priced mechanic in the metro area! He is efficient and knowledgeable. He has integrity. He makes sure your entire car is in tip top condition. Best of all, he not only treated me with curiosity and respect but he understood that my little car has sentimental value and he treated my car with equal respect! MO’s auto service is now my total care service. I won’t consider going anywhere else.
