⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from Start to Finish! I had a great experience with this plumbing company. They were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. From the moment I called, their team was friendly and quick to get me scheduled. The plumber showed up on time, explained the issue clearly, and fixed the problem quickly without trying to upsell unnecessary work. The quality of the repair was excellent, and everything was left clean and tidy when the job was finished. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but this company really delivered. If you’re looking for honest, dependable plumbers who do great work at a fair price, I highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them again in the future! 🚿🔧

I’m so excited and pleased to write this review! My experience with Hargrave’s Plumbing was amazing. I have been looking for a great plumbing company since the passing of my dad in 2024, and I found the perfect one! From the empathy and care expressed by Ms. Bridget to the amazing professionalism and expertise demonstrated by Colin, I was provided with an excellent customer experience! In addition, their services are very competitive cost wise. The best endorsement I can offer is that I definitely will be using Hargrave’s for my plumbing needs in future.

They don’t do proper work and don’t stand by their guarantee. Will do shoddy work and charge you a fortune after hours. None of their repairs were insulated and wrapped and protected from future damage. Edit to add to their response: Pipes freeze in January of every year. How far out of warranty am I? A day? 4 days? A week? Doesn’t matter. Last year I was told by your techs that I will not have to worry about this pipe again. Yet here we are a year later and Hargraves repair was half done at best and lazy at worst. Pipe was repaired yes, but not insulated or wrapped and protected despite being told this wouldn’t happen again because it was repaired correctly. This pipe is in a crawl space in the attic that I never would have been able to access or verify if repairs were done properly. I had to get my handyman to climb up there and take these pics to show that the work from a year and some change ago was LAZY and not done the right way. Shame on you. I will share my story with everyone and take it to social media. Edit 1/29/2026 - Filed complaint with BBB HORRIBLE customer service. Gross behavior. Blaming customers instead of doing anything to help after they received $840 of my money for a repair that someone else had to go behind to repair properly.
