Zack, Scott, Justice, Gabe, Lucy and Kent. All these guys responded so fast to our flood emergency. All were very kind, I was impressed with how fast, respectful and understanding they were. I would definitely recommend, especially when you are in a panic! They explained the claim process and various efforts associated with the repair.
Kent & his employees were very professional. As a retired contractor I was very impressed. The attention to details was amazing. The estimate was professional done. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
Dylan and Justice were absolutely amazing!! We had our hot water heater burst in the middle of the night and flood my daughter’s room and some of my hallway. I am a new homeowner so obviously this was a nightmare. They pulled up warped flooring, did some water related cleanup, water removal, and mold inspection. They came and did everything in a timely manner, were extremely informative every step of the way, cleaned their work area when done, and just were very kind. They left equipment to dry out the room and explained everything upon leaving and will be back daily to check it. Thank you Dylan and Justice for being so kind and helpful and easing my anxiety and helping us get through this!!
