American home shield refers these people and the repair man Spencer is super nice- actually exceptionally professional and nice but I will never refer this company and will require AHS to never send them out again to any of my accounts with them because of extremely rude receptionist Lasequia!! Every single time she calls she gives you less than a half a day notice and if you dare ask for a later date she rudely responds that she will tell AHS we wont except her time to reassign it to another vender! It already took you a month to call with this date, then you didn’t complete the job! Then you have to order parts and thats three more weeks, now told its fixed to still be leaking all over the floor! To now have to again get told at 3:20pm to be there tomorrow 8 am-11am or you will remove me from your schedule as unwilling to meet at your time! Jeezzz woman I also have a job and you are not easy to work with! You are mean and extremely ugly to clients and I hope you soon are replaced because the other people who work there deserve to have a job and because of you at-least I wont go back and I am sure others feel the same way!!

Had a warranty repair set up through warranty company with Sugar City. Did an FaceTime style call to assess the issue. Parts were ordered and Sugar City Appliance were contacted when the parts came In. Our technician was Joe and he was extremely professional and helpful. Had a Zline oven that he replaced lower heating element and some igniters for the burners on the stove. Joe was extremely knowledgeable. Highest recommendation for Sugar City Appliance. They are my go to appliance repair company when in need.

If I could give this company A zero star I would, the absolute worst customer service company ever, horrible to follow up with gave no ETA. To top it off the tech that came to the home had no idea what could possibly went wrong with my speed queen, mind you the machine is under warranty. Tech came out and evaluated the system noticing that the control board on the top of the machine was out, did not bother to open the bottom panel where he could’ve noticed more control boards and capacitors had went out, when was asked multiple times if that’s the only control board in the system and he stated that would be the problem. Took about 2-3 weeks for him to come back and install the board after claiming with warranty, tech then states The board that he ordered was not the issue. Mind you still not opening the bottom panel to the washing machine. I asked what is the next steps and he said I don’t know. I will have to contact speed queen. And left home As I contacted my warranty and told them not to show back up to my house. Please be mindful what employees you hire as it will ruin your business.
