WOW! Great service! On two occasions, we had about 800 square feet of brick floors recoated with a water based material, and it turned out beautifully. Great people to work with; their word is their bond. This time, we noticed after they left that some of the clear coating material had been inadvertently applied to the quarter round. My son-in-law told me that the coating will turn yellow if not removed. Mr. Wiggins himself came out to evaluate and remediate. I told him what i had heard about yellowing, wondering if he would just blow me off and say no problem. Instead, he said that the coating will not turn yellow, it would turn BROW... WOW! Robert Wiggins sent his crew out to refinish the original oak floors in our living room. (1965). We had termite damage. Frank repaired, Jamal and his helper are doing an OUTSTANDING job and are very courteous and knowledgeable. First photo is floor sanded. Second is after the first coat of varnish. Tomorrow we will make a decision on the actual finish. Glossy, Semi, Matte. Floors were not dry enough today for the final coat. Guys are coming back out on a Saturday. Can't wait
