I had to do a return. This was much simpler than mailing it back or shipping it. Everybody in the store was very congenial. I actually purchased a lot from them over the years more than I can imagine. I would recommend them

Stopped into Guitar Center in West Springfield, MA to level up on our gear for the upcoming season 2026. Had a chance to meet management, who hooked it all up and made the transaction sweet and easy. Went to get my wife’s autoharp re-stringed — a very uncommon stringed instrument. Mike was incredibly helpful in locating the exact strings needed, and once they arrived, he had it fixed in less than 24 hours. He tuned it perfectly and even corrected an issue where the previous strings had been misconfigured. He did all of this with so much genuine enthusiasm. We’ll always go to the West Springfield Guitar Center!

I felt pressured andrew feliciano to buy a warranyyy. For literally 5-10 min a had to say no no and then be asked why I don’t want to give away money for something I will never use. People pretend to care and ask about you just to sell insurance. I only write this not because they tried but because they kept trying over and over until it got uncomfortable. Next high end guitar purchase online and not from gc. But no more Price was good for Black Friday. Best I found for the specific guitar.

Good selection. Tags weren't updated with the sale price. Wasn't a big deal, it did ring up at the sale price. It would of helped if the tags did reflect the sale price to make my choice easier when picking a speaker.
