The owner (some blonde lady with a dog off leash, really?) will go outside of the building and watch your car if you’re parked in the parking lot. She WILL come out and stare you down in the lot and stand within 3ft of your car, doesn’t matter if you’re there at noon (11am-1pm hours) or minding your own business at dusk trying to answer some texts, the same female will come out and stalk you until you leave and always has her mutt with her. Guess business isn’t good and I see why, not very welcoming
