The bottom line is I was very happy with the result. The large area of tile they cleaned and the grout they sealed – kitchen, entrance way, breakfast room and bathroom - had been pretty neglected but cleaned up beautifully and now looks fabulous. The technician who did the work was good - experienced, conscientious and communicated well. However, the process itself, from initial contact through work completion, was not smooth. Communication with the office and the execution of the work itself were sometimes chaotic and not very professional, enough to make me nervous throughout the process.

$650 down the drain. Shady business. Save yourself the trouble and do not hire them. The sales team is misleading and borderline scammers. I had to go through hell with them to get them to do what I seeked them out for. The results are not as good as I would have hoped but that’s another story. I reached out and I asked them if they could cleand AND seal my tile. They said they can do that and they literally said “we will make it right”. When the tech did the work they did not seal the tile so I had to call them and text them multiple times afterwards in order to get on the same page with them. It seems like they lack any type of professionalism and they don’t communicate well between each others. The owner came to take a look at my tile and he tried to gaslight me into thinking that the type of tile I have requires no sealing. Why didn’t they tell me that from the start when I sent them pictures of the tile? Overall, the experience has been horrible and they do not seem like they know what they’re doing. I regret hiring them and I’m upset I wasted my money with them.
