A+. Tim was super professional. He was in and out within a couple of hours even though I had serious leak in my kitchen. I would highly recommend Cregger Plumbing and Tim specifically. I would also like to mention that Joe was able to help as well and he was just as great as Tim.
Demetrius Flonta did a great job clearing a blockage. Even recommended (but didn't push) further inspecting and other work that could be done to ensure better flow throughout the house. Work was done quickly, effectively, was communicated well, and was ensured that everything was working properly before exiting. Also Creggar itself was great to work with, and was able to come see me only a day after calling after the first company I contacted suddenly cancelled and said they don't service my area despite being across the street from Creggar. All around a great experience, would use them again!
Josh S was absolutely wonderful. Seriously the most friendly and considerate plumber I’ve ever had. His communication was world class and he worked hard and got the job done right! What more could you ask for?! We will be relying on Cregger and specifically Josh going forward. So relieved to have a company we can count on!
Was troubled with multiple hidden leaks as a first time homeowner (My fault for not quadruple inspecting a flip house lols) and my mom suggested to call Cregger. Ethan was my plumber sent out and he did a swift and phenomenal job. He found the leaks and errors in the pipe system that even my initial inspector missed. Pleasant guy to talk with too and very down to earth. For the mid-high quote price, their work is quality, timely, and straight to the point. Got a brand new shower setup from an old 3 handle -> new 1handle mixer and my basement isn't flooding with mystery leaks anymore. Overall a great plumbing company, and I'd suggest giving Ethan a raise. I no longer need to throw towels in the basement and I could finally take a shower in peace lmao.
Jayden and Ethan fixed my plumbing issue that was causing a rotten egg smell in my 100-year-old home, and they did so with ease and good timing—despite having to cut into my drywall behind my heavy stacked washer/dryer units (that did not come with wheels or a level floor) that were difficult to move in and out of the space. Both guys were friendly and informative, despite the complication of explaining my plumbing issue to me. Jayden was even kind enough to remove a dead rodent from my crawlspace that was found during the initial diagnostic appointment! And they both were kind enough to close up the wall hole they made and cleaned up the mess made from cutting and installing PVC piping/trap for my washer to eliminate the nasty smell I was experiencing when I used hot water and my A/C kicked on—pushing the smell into my home via my vents. This is the third major home project I’ve hired Cregger for as a first-time homeowner and I have zero plans to change businesses, every Cregger technician I’ve had out to my home has been extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. I appreciate those qualities more than I could express and I mean this in the best way possible—I hope I never have to see another Cregger technician again now that all of the major issues have been resolved. But if a new issue arises, I will 100% be contacting Cregger again because I know I can trust that they most likely know my home better than I do at this point! Thank you Jayden and Ethan, and Cregger for all you’ve done for me and my home!
