I feel compelled to warn others about experiences with this business and its owner. The owner has shown deeply unprofessional and unethical behavior, including the use of racial slurs in the workplace — a fact that recently led one employee to walk off the job in protest. It’s disturbing and unacceptable in any setting, let alone a business that serves the public. In addition to the toxic work environment, this business has questionable billing practices. Clients have reported being charged for lawn services multiple times in the same week without authorization or necessity. This feels less like honest work and more like a scheme to exploit trusting customers. This is not how a business should operate. Disrespecting employees and taking advantage of clients is a clear reflection of poor leadership and integrity. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for services provided with professionalism, fairness, and basic human decency.

Terrible Company, I asked Mr. MiKyle not to use the stand on mower in my yard. If possible use a push mower, this week. If it streaks just don't cut it. I'll pay him he's original fee regardless. The reason behind why I asked him not to was, it was wet I knew the mower would leave mud streaks in my yard. He told me let the professional decide what's best for your yard. But either way, I let him to do what he thought was right and in the end he destroyed my yard. I was promised I would have straight lawn stripes in my lawn these stripes not only mud filled but there not at all straight and curve and towards the ends there's deeper mud holes. I told Mr. Mikyle I'll be leaving a review showing my yard and he said he would sue me if I left a bad review. I am going with another more experienced lawn service. This is unacceptable.
