Technician Jordan arrived within the promised window of time, and answered all my questions before getting started. His treatment application and inspection was completed carefully and thoroughly. Amazing Group!!! Extremely friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We had a Yellow Jacket nest in a small hole in our home’s siding, and actual Yellow Jackets were entering our house consistently… Mike reassured us that the nest was taken care of (without destroying our home) and if there were any issues or reoccurrences, they would come back right away and take care of everything… Made my family and I breath better with this guarantee. In addition to our initial Yellow Jacket concerns, Mike did a full exterior home inspection, pointing out real issues that should be taken care of (not just made-up concerns to charge us more)… and then provided us with real, cost-efficient solutions.
