We wanted a nice dogwood tree to honor a family member. We were treated well, all questions were asked thoughtfully, and we now have a beautiful healthy tree. The personnel who actually planted it were a joy to watch. I can understand why it takes time to get an appointment for landscaping projects, as the care and attention you'll receive is definitely worth the wait. We purchased a red maple tree June 2021 and it was delivered a year ago the day of this review. I planted the tree myself the same day. Year later tree is doing really well and you can tell it has grown quite a bit since. The lady who helped us gets 5 stars all day everyday. She was great! There was another lady there who may have been a manager or owner I’m not sure but the lady helping us got information from her on the cost of delivery. That lady seemed to be very offended that we didn’t want them to install the tree and questioned our ability to do it. There was a sale of 20% off on stuff they didn’t install themselves so I guess I understand why but she was very rude about it so the 5 stars isn’t for her. Delivery crew was amazing and very helpful as well. Photo is comparison of 1 year ago today and today.
