Grout Matters

Nice people, but I think some of the service is oversold on what it can do. They do steam clean the grout and can get the dirt out of most of it. On other parts they caulk the grout. That part doesn’t work worth a darn. The caulk doesn’t adhere to the grout at all, probably because it isn’t prepared correctly to stick. So I’d say that you get 75% of what they advertise. It’s not that they are trying to scam anyone, it’s just oversold on what it can do because it doesn’t hold up long term. For the prices they charge, it isn’t worth it. Though the cleaning of the grout works well.

They brought our old slate and travertine tiled shower back to life! We recently moved into a 20-year-old home where the grout was in poor repair due to insufficient resealing and hard water. We were at the point of gutting the shower and replacing it all together, but decided to give Grout Matters a try since the tile was still in excellent condition. I am so, so glad we did. For a fraction of the cost of a new shower, our shower and bathroom floor looks like new. Seriously. The technician was detailed and professional, and the project was completed in one day. We were astonished by how amazing it looks, compared to the way it looked before. Would 100% recommend Grout Matters of Forest Hills!

Grout Matters is amazing! I love our bathroom, but it was built in the early 90's and the grout was worn down and it never felt clean, there was a lot of mildew. Grout Matters emailed me right after I inquired. They came out for measurements and sent me an quote later that evening. We were able to schedule a date for the refurb shortly after. They were very fast and did a fantastic job! It is like we have a brand new bathroom! I would recommend them to anyone!
