I had a very horrible experience with this company. Very deceptive. They tell you one thing and do another. I called several times for clarification but one agent will tell me one thing only for the next agent to contradict it. They supposedly offer a yard treatment service that is supposed to include fleas, ticks, fire ants, yellow jackets, hornets AND other lawn infesting pests for $150 but when they come out they only treat for fire ants and nothing for others. Importantly they claim to have treated the whole yard but you clearly see they did not treat all fire ant mounds. I called to complain to the staff and even the supervisor is rude, unapologetic of the incomplete service and unwilling to remedy the situation. I came to find out their quote is actually deceptive- they will charge you $150 for each separate pest. That is $150 for fleas, another $150 for ticks, another $150 for fire ants and so on. Never using this company again. Horrible experience. Highly do not recommend it. If can give them a negative rating on transparency I would. Complete waste of money. Horrible customer service. Should not be in business.

Used their service to get rid of ants but the ants are still here after 7 days. Company Doesn't stand behind their work if you don't have their monthly "service". I would not recommend this company nor would I ever use them again. Complete waste of money. I also didn't appreciate the comment "go ahead and write a yelp review, we been here 20 years, ur review isn't going to do anything" Ur right, it probably wont. But its flippant comments like that that make a person go out of their way to tell people in their community NOT to use this service.
