Nice staff but terrible service. I brought my Miele here to be cleaned and serviced. They said 2 weeks and explained how hard it was to find good technicians these days and that they have no competition bc nobody services vaccumes anymore because of the cost of service. Well— that’s comforting. After two Weeks I called and they said it should be ready the following week— I called the following week and she said “oh yeah it’s been ready for you.” Well, a call would have been nice? My vacuum looked clean and nice as far as I could tell upon picking it up but the issue with the roller brush engaging was now happening more frequently. When I went back to tell them he said— well being it back and we’ll take a look but if it requires a part or labor we’ll have to charge you. This was after spending $165 to have it fixed a week Prior. Really really disappointed considering the reviews are misleading.

Do NOT recommend this location for a vacuum repair. They said it would take 3 weeks to fix a hose (desperate to get it fixed so I agreed), and it took 4. That was after me calling twice. It took only several hours to fix it in the end based on the timeline of this all. They duct taped some it, which broke off on the first use. They let me borrow a vacuum in the meantime (I asked for this as that was the protocol I was used to), which was dirty and did not work well. I will never ever return. Do not let the great reviews suck you in like they did me.
