Jay is a true professional and very knowledgeable. Whenever we had a last minute emergency at our residence or business he was always there to help. Jay is the best contractor I have ever worked with! He responds quickly, gives great advice, and always shows up when he says he will. He and his employees are incredibly polite and always leave things tidy when they go. He has fixed issues for us on HVAC units improperly installed by other contractors. Two months ago we had him replace the HVAC unit in our basement and it works flawlessly. Jay is honest and we appreciate how he advises us to get the best unit for our home without spending more than we need to.
