Very quick response, knowledgeable of the local rodents and their habits, had ongoing text message dialogue with the owner for the whole process. It’s been a few weeks and so far the problem has been completely eliminated. The service was not cheap and I’m certain there are local companies that would have taken on my job for considerably less charge. Given the service provided in my two toddler home, the premium paid was worthwhile.

Andover Pest Control is truly reliable, fast, and incredibly personable. What could have been stressful situations: from a wasp nest in the garage to a mice infestation in the basement were handled quickly and smoothly. They show up right away when you call, explain everything clearly, and take care of the issue with total professionalism. I really appreciate how easy they make the whole process. I cannot recommend Andover Pest enough! Mike is awesome. When I had an urgent bat issue, Mike was at my house within 15 mins. He successfully caught the bat and located the access point on the roof, which he repaired. Haven’t seen or heard a bat in my attic since. I recently called Andover Pest again for gutter cleaning.
