ER services came the same day that we called them for a backed up kitchen drain. It is fixed now, but may need revamping later. Mario was wonderful, he was efficient, highly knowledgeable, organized and very personable. We will definitely use ER again. Thank you for being so responsive.
Bobby and Mario did an excellent job fixing the water leak. They quickly identified the source of the problem and provided an effective solution. They were professional, friendly, and very considerate of the homeowner’s needs—both in terms of cost‑effectiveness and safety.
This is my second year using ER Services and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Scheduling was easy and customer service was excellent. My bathroom sink was draining slowly and I needed my heater serviced before a snow storm. Mario and Chris arrived on time. They were polite, knowledgeable, and got both jobs done without any issues. They even gave me estimates for issues I may run into later with my aging heater. I'm definitely sticking with ER Services for anything I need in the future.
Bobby came by and tried to get the unit up and running. I had them out before( it’s the unit not the service for 2 visits). Bobby was able to diagnose and replace a regulator and thermocouple that the company that sold me the unit and got it going and it’s still going great. Thank You Bobby and his helper Anderson for staying till the unit worked properly. Best service from phone call to book with Kristy to the immediate service from Bobby.
