Shawn was pleasant to work with. He was very thorough and performed many checks to determine if my old boiler was repairable before eventually giving in and opting for a replacement. The price of the replacement was great, much better than some of the other quotes I got, and he was very transparent about what he was charging for parts and what he was charging for labour.
Shawn returned my call quickly and was extremely communicative throughout the process. Great to chat with, very knowledgeable, and he knew what the issue was just from our conversation. He was also willing to fit me into an already busy schedule, which I really appreciated. Thumbs up 👍 highly recommend!
I'm so glad I found Shawn! I have an old boiler and came across a heating issue that the heat wasn't staying on. I don't have a go to place or person for hvac so I searched around and came across Shawn and decided to give him a try instead of the big corporate hvac companies, after all Shawn had tons of good reviews that I read and he lived up to all of them. He responded to me right away and was able to come out to look at the situation the next morning. Shawn is very knowledgeable and professional in his field and he is a down to earth friendly guy. He explained everything to me as to what was wrong and very thorough about the whole process and how he was going to fix it and to make sure it was running correctly and safely. Shawn had it fixed within an hour to an hour and a half and gave me a run-through after it was all completed. He is very reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Shawn definitely will be my go to guy for any hvac or plumbing needs! Thank you Shawn for giving my family and I heat again
