I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nick and Trevor. My toilet broke on a Saturday night. After hours of frantically calling various companies and a series of no-shows I was finally referred to Plumr. I left a message at probably 6:30 and Nick called me right back. I was in a tough spot and he did his absolute best to help me as quickly as possible. Trevor arrived comfortably within the scheduled window of time, was incredibly friendly, and very knowledgeable. Working with the Plumr crew was the one bright spot in my nightmare of a situation. I will be a faithful customer for years to come.

They were great. After days of delays and cancellations with another plumber I called Plumbr and they got me in the same day. The work was done for $100 less than my quote from the other plumber and it was fast and professionally completed. When it was installed and I thought it was okay he felt the water flow should be stronger and took apart the connections to troubleshoot and got it flowing even better. Would highly recommend these guys.

My furnace took a dirt nap in the middle of November. Plumr was able to investigate the situation, take measurements and provide a quote in one day and replaced with a new furnace a few days later. They provided space heaters to help keep the house comfortable until they could complete the install. The team of plumbers were respectful and cleaned up after they finished their work. The price matched their; responsiveness, quality of work, and attitude. They clearly care about doing a good job and making sure things are running right. Communication was open and honest. I would recommend Plumr to anyone and everyone that has a need… no need to spend time shopping around.
