They came along side another vendor in unexpected damage to an appliance. They did great job can't tell anything was damaged. On time good communication. Not sure what this repair cost. My 9 year old Wolf oven lost the ability to heat. Tony came in with decades of knowledge and experience and diagnosed the issue quickly. He replaced the faulty piece and my oven is working perfectly again! The warranty had expired but Wolf stands behind their products and covered the majority of the total cost. The glass window on the door had accumulated lint between the panels and I never felt comfortable taking the door apart to clean it. Tony did that too!! This was above and far beyond my expectations! I would never hesitate to call Appliance Man if the need arises in the future.
Our oven igniter went out shortly after Thanksgiving and with the holiday season in full swing we needed our oven back in working order. Scheduling the appointment was easy and placed for a few day out. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call back a couple of hours later that they could squeeze us in for the same day. Our repair technician was friendly and pleasant to talk to. He was efficient with the work and transparent through the process. We felt comfortable and confident with our decision and will have them help us again in the future.
Very professional and friendly. He did a great job fixing our double oven before Thanksgiving. He even waved the charge for repair because we waited so long got the parts which was such a blessing! Great company will always use them.
