Absolutely one of the best service experiences. Frozen water line and leak BEFORE the condo shut off. Has to find out where the maid building shut off for the building was. Friendly, knowledgeable. We absolutely chose the right company and now it's my go-to company. Drew was GREAT!!!!
Marc was excellent. He asked the right questions and was very thorough in his analysis of the issue. The hot water tank was less than 5 months old and the top heating element had malfunctioned. He had the parts on the truck and was able to get everything operational very quickly at no charge.
I just wanted to share how impressed I am with Josh! He replaced my water tank and did an amazing job, finishing everything the same day. The price was reasonable, and he took the time to educate me on how to maintain the tank and how everything works. Josh went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right away and thoroughly explained everything. I really appreciate all the hard work he put in. Thank you, Josh!
Josh and Arturo, the technicians, were wonderful and courteous. Kevin the salesperson was also great to work with. I knew what was going on every step of the way. From the purchase to the loan to the actual installation, everything was very clearly laid out. Arturo let me know when he was on his way, Josh informed me of how to operate the system everyone involved was truly wonderful and professional, and I would recommend all of them 100%.
They were quick to schedule our full ac replacement in this hot October, which was really awesome. It is an all day event, but Josh and Arturo were fantastic. As fast as they could be and super efficient and really friendly with the whole family. If you can request them I highly recommend it. They were knowledgeable and cleaned up everything exactly as it was before they got there. Fantastic service!
