We are absolutely amazed at the quality, honesty, courtesy. Integrity and the commitment to fairness that was displayed through the technician sent from Bexley Heating & Cooling Company. The technician, Fred was friendly and professional. Explained step by step the problem with our AC, and helped us understand all points of the diagnosis. The short of it is we had a jaw dropping experience of satisfaction provided through Bexley Heating & Cooling Co., and conclude they are a 5 star company. In addition I want to say another company had told us there was no way to fix our AC without completely replacing our entire system. We felt total discomfort in that companies recommended solution and felt like it was a sales pitch. After pacing the floor wringing our hands and uneasiness of mind, we refused to settle on what they said. Again I reiterate I am thankful that Bexley Heating & Cooling, came to our mind. We repeated to the technician several times, it was like Bexley Heating & Cooling, had sent us an angel from heaven.
