Mark and his trainee, Seth, did a great job on our fireplaces. They went the extra effort to confirm that spare parts ARE still readily available for our units and that the log set is still working properly. Good guys and a credit to the company!!

All sales and no service. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. The installation, coordination with my builder and support after the sale were all terrible. I'm surprised they are still in business as they operated like condescending, incompetent shysters once the sale was complete. I would never use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

She was very nice and extremely helpful in assisting us with our options. Owen and Anthony we feel brought complete confidence and assurance that everything went well.
