Amazing service awesome people Zach is an awesome dude did a couple trade-ins today. Got an awesome 2019 MacBook Pro Pro 15 inch with touch bar and I love every bit of it.

300 dollars to replace iPhone pro screen. Phone Acted shifty for a week, then didn’t work at all. I wish I could say I was happy with their service and yes it was quick. But faulty doesn’t do me any good, phone didn’t work at all within 5 days of repair I was told needed to buy another screen….. so they wanted another 300$ when it didn’t act right when I got it back and then didn’t work at all in 5 days. I ended up buying a brand new phone even though the one I brought to them was less then a year old. Wish I saved my 300$ and just bought a new phone instead of giving them my money. Honestly wouldn’t trust them to fix a Tandy

They were very quick in determining possible scenarios why my laptop isn't working the way it should. I appreciated that they were willing to text instead of calling. Super helpful. They give free estimate and suggest a course of action to resolve the issue. Great local business.

I took my work laptop in for what I assumed would be a battery replacement. Zack asked some questions, went through my computer and changed some settings and gave me some tips. Explained that my battery was likely in better shape than I expected. He wasn't pushy about selling me anything which I appreciate. Recommended I try out the new settings before I go as far as replacing my battery. Seemed genuine and honest in his assessment. Even though it was only one meeting I feel comfortable taking my technology needs to him in the future. Oh yeah, I walked out owing nothing!
