Very nice and respectful. Great input from everyone I’ve spoken with about the shop. Everything done in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend.

Had our GMC into 2 different shops in Crestline over the last few years. They charge money but never seem to fix the problem. Took our car here. Fixed right the first time. Now we're not afraid to drive it to Cincinnati for our daughter's doctor appointments and worry about sitting along side the road somewhere.
This repair shop always does a great job and they are looking out for me. Everything they fix stays fixed. They always present my options. They are booked out a bit but deliver when promised. Oil change and new fuel pump this time on my 2001 GMC Sierra. In the past they replaced a cracked head on my 2013 Chevy Volt for a couple hundred bucks and a new transmission on my 2016 Acadia. Fair prices and no surprises. The new parking lot is beautiful!
After my completed experience working with Mid-Ohio Auto repair I would have to end this one with the two while seeking a new mechanic. We were having issues with our Toyota sienna as it would automatically put the brakes on numerous times leaving a stranded. I did what I needed to do and then I brought it in to Mid-Ohio and let them know that there was an electrical issue. My wife and I were both concerned taking it to them rather than the dealer but I was assured that they were very experienced with electrical issues and they would take care of the issue. Over the course of the next few months they continuously threw parts at it and every time within a few days or so, the issue would return. After $3,000 spent in the issue is still proceeding, I brought it in one final time where they turned one of the crash sensor features off and the problem went away. I would have to say that there was some efforts along the way, but nothing substantial considering I spent $3,000 fixing things that didn't need to get fixed and now we are struggling and in debt during hard times as a result of that.I brought our vehicle back in for a water pump, and ask the man at the counter and even the owner they would consider giving me a break considering the exorbitant amount of money I gave them with no resolve. I was told the repair would cost $1,450 and went in to pick it up to see a bill of $1,287. I was down a car for weeks, spent $3,000, and then ask for them to make it right and got a whopping $163.00 discount. And at the end of the day? I was told they can't fix it because it's an electrical issue and I need to take it to a body shop. The guys over there were nice enough along the way. Hence the two stars ⭐⭐ and not one. At this point I will no longer be telling friends and family about my positive experience at Mid-Ohio nor bringing my cars there. I assure you, there will be a lot more than $3,000 lost because at the end of the day, this shop does not take responsibility for their actions, they make the customer pay.
