Fashion Floors Roanoke

Fashion floors has been AMAZING from start to finish! Eric replied promptly when we requested information online. We didn't know anything about flooring and ended up calling the shop. Kristin spent over an hour answering all my questions and discussing different types of flooring. Josh was extremely thorough in measuring the area we were replacing the carpet, answered questions that came up, and explained the process to us. Kristin and Josh even swung by our place on their way out somewhere to drop off samples before we left town for a bit. Just went above and beyond from day one. Roger and Casey came to pull up the carpet and install our new vinyl flooring. They were prompt, professional, explained many things to my husband and asked how we preferred certain decisions to be made as they encountered them. We really felt included in the process and like we could understand what they did and why, which was an awesome way to experience getting our first floor replacement. My husband asked about how much weight the floor could handle supporting or having dropped on it, and they even did some testing on spare pieces with a hammer. Just all around personable, interested in floors and talking about it, and making sure you are included as much as you want to be. They left our floor absolutely spotless, perfectly fitting to all walls and corners, and it looks AMAZING! We will be getting a quote for other rooms now as well. Definitely recommend these guys, and thank you all for such a great experience!

I don't often write reviews. Even less often do I leave 5 star reviews. In this case 5 stars is warranted. Kristin, Josh, Roger and Casey all were outstanding. Roger and Casey were professional, knowledgeable and courteous and did a superb job with installation. Kristin's and Josh's help in choosing the right flooring and picking the right colors to stain the baseboards and shoe molding was invaluable. Kristin even went above and beyond in helping me choose the right color to paint the kitchen walls. A job well done all around. I would highly recommend. Thanks to the entire team.
