Steven Durrance restretched our carpeting in the Smith Mountain Lake area. He is very acknowledged with many years of experience, and uses the correct equipment to prevent stretching over time. One of the rooms in particular had many wrinkles high enough to be a tripping hazard. It now looks and feels like new carpet. He and his assistant were professional, cheerful and clean. The rooms were tidy and the furniture put back in place. We highly recommend this company, and will have them install any new carpet so it is done correctly from the start.

I hired Steven to complete a small refit of carpet around two new built-in closets I was installing. He first gave me some detailed guidance about how to properly cut the carpet for the closets so he would have highest confidence to deliver a beautiful finish. Then he arrived a few days later to retack. He not only did a fantastic job, he also cleaned up some of the first installer's problems and restretched half the room. He is a pro and decent guy. Highly recommend his services.
