Tried calling them today asked a simple question looking for some 14" flex vent. He asked me my account number and when I said I didn't have one he just hung up on me. No sorry must have an account or maybe even try to sign me up with one but nothing. This is what customer service has become, rude stuck up behavior acting like they're the only one in the game and you must bow to them. No wonder they have a three star review. Amazing they scored that high.
