Needed help with adding a second SSD to a Dell desktop. I went to several repair shops, but they told me that then didn’t have the part; and that I would have to get it directly from Dell. It seems that Dell uses an atypical connector for this purpose on the motherboard. Everything listened to my issue, identified that the connector on the Sata Power cable was unique. Then they went in the back and located one that fit perfectly. They also booted the system and verified that the BIOS was able to see both the original and the new disk. I walked out with confidence that the system was ready for use. The HW issue that had stopped me had been resolved with care and concern!
