DO NOT USE - Management agrees with their reps on changing you for things you don’t need. Very ugly with me when I questioned the pricing of $1600 - for work. Ken Brown the inspector did not want to only fix my small holes and vents. I asked for Management. The Manager said we will do the work at &1200 min even though I had a previous quote wrote down from John Garlepp of less than $500. They said we are not doing it for that amount. Said really ugly… soooo. I then said thank you! Be careful with them. I asked for a breakdown and all the pictures of the work to be completed. Said… we cannot give that to you! Why can’t you just handle the other stuff. Basically said said we don’t care. It will be a min of $1200. Or regular quote of 1500 with trapping. Nothing to trap. Ect.. They did not care about my situation. Said the charge all the customers pretty much the same no matter your situation. Made me feel they were in it for the money only and not the customer. I guess this is why they have a 4.7 review and lower.

Patrick was very friendly and helpful. He took his time and made sure all bait stations were working correctly, even replacing 2 broken bait stations. We have been customers for years and appreciate this very reliable and affordable service!
