Stopped in with an old storage drive that I could not access. A very pleasant young man behind the counter worked intensely to get it going for me, trying several avenues. Ultimately he got it to fire up. I thanked him Profusely and asked what the charge was. He said “no charge.” I will return for other needs and will pay.

I had a wonderful experience at Computer Zone with Alejo today. Alejo was professional and courteous, and was able to fix a minor issue with my laptop keyboard in no time! The shop is clean and has a comfortable seating area while you wait for repairs. I highly recommend Computer Zone for your computer needs!

I took my pc here a while back. I am making this review as the effects of what yall did to my pc are still lasting. Shattered my case, bent a pin on my motherboard, kept my pc for a whole month just to break other things and for them to tell me the thing I was telling them was wrong the entire time. Took it to micro center and they fixed the original issue in 2 days. I live 5 minutes and love supporting local business but you guys really let me down. My original case is no longer produced so the replacement had to do. It lacks the same porting for cables on top of the case so now I cannot plug short charging cables into it on top. It was a month long disaster fire. As well as being told parts were ordered on the phone and when I arrived in store the workers would tell me “oh we haven’t ordered that yet I’m not sure why they told you that on the phone”. Literally every single thing that could’ve gone wrong did. We are lucky to have a micro center so close by so I’d think twice about where you take your pc if you don’t want it gone for a month and trashed.
