The level of customer service and kindness my brother and I received from the team at Power PC was impeccable and they truly strive to go above and beyond. Billy gave us his all when diagnosing our desktop, running several thermal compound tests on every part to make sure exactly what was wrong, and periodically kept us updated throughout the entire process. When we received the news from Billy that our video card was fried, his coworker Su Young showed his kindness and willingness to offer his knowledge for the two of us who aren’t as informed about gaming desktops. He was even willing to guide us through picking parts too! We took Su Young’s advice, and went to Micro center to pick up brand new parts. My brother and I begun to assemble the computer with a friend, yet after 4 hours, we couldn’t turn it on. Next is what really impressed my brother and I. When I brought the new computer back to Billy, and told him that our computer was not turning on, he immediately without any hesitation took the initiative to figure it out for us. He begun thoroughly checking every single cable, part, and worked diligently to resolve our issue. He began taking out every single piece, throughly putting them back in place, and he even organized the mess we made of the cables. When he was finished, we received the highest quality of service ever. Billy’s cable organization was remarkable, he resolved the issues with our power supply, and truly impressed us how he put it all together. Billy’s selflessness to drop everything he was doing, left a lasting impression on me and my brother. He was the most honest, careful, dedicated, selfless, and thorough repairman we have met. I will be returning to Power PC without any hesitation for all my computer repair needs.
