Elk Mountain Motors has reminded me that integrity still thrives and it is just around the corner. Rob Harmon showed his humanity from my first inquiring phone call about what I suspected to be a pretty bad oil leek in my older model vehicle. I needed a loner car for what I imagined might be a long repair. Check! I needed him to be honest with me about required repairs, especially if the cost would be more than my old car is worth. Check! Rob's team inspected my car & found the leak as well as several other issues that needed repair. The estimate came within the day and was very thorough. Rob offered to review each item with me to help prioritize the repairs in terms of safety/necessity. In the end, Rob helped me come up with a plan that I could live with in order to keep my car on the road for a little longer, while looking for a different vehicle. I'm really grateful for the service, the respect for me and my situation, and Rob's easy nature and willingness to go above and beyond what I expected. Thanks Rob!
