Probably a very competent technician but worst business man ever. I went in on a Monday to buy a computer. Ryan said he would remove my hard drive and call me later that day so I could come get it and purchase new one. Didnt call till 4 days later. Went in Following week and ready to purchase had credit card. Only then did he say there was a 4 pct fee for credit card. I asked him why he didn’t say something about that beforehand or at least post a sign informing customers of a fee. Instead of saying yes that is a good idea his answer was the worst possible answer ever “everyone is doing it even Sams” . Which is not true I've bought things at Best Buy Lowes HD ect no credit card fee. Then I asked him about warranty. He said he would email it that was yesterday but still no email. He may know computers but his business sense is absolutely horrible.

Bought an SSD for my PC from Best buy but didn't have the screw to install it, I went to two different stores and ended up at Parks. Corey was a life saver and had a spare screw and stand (I didn't know I needed) he ended up just giving them to me, super nice guy. Will definitely be bringing my PC here if it ever needs repairs!!
