The service was outstanding from the check in to the drive out! Absolutely quality work and parts, incredible turnaround , 2 days, and the cost was 40% below the Ford Dealership with more services provided! I will never take my vehicle to another shop.
Jimmy's is amazing!!! The staff is quick to reply, address questions, fair and respectful. I can trust them to take care of my car and not be shady or lie about services my car does not need. Work is done in a timely fashion and the work is fair price. Jimmy's takes care of all our family cars. Can't recommend them enough.
Overall great experience. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. Easy to make an appointment online. Only inconvenience was they were suppose to do a state vehicle inspection. When I picked it up, it was not showing on my invoice. When I alerted them, the were quick to fix it and I didn’t wait long.
