I feel lucky I found this business. I needed a new laptop and called a similar local business in North Asheville and was greeted with a surprising lack of knowledge and much interest in helping me. Brad, the owner of CB Custom Computers, was quite the opposite. He answered his phone in a friendly, cheerful manner, answered all my questions, offered to get my new laptop set up the very next day after my call, even though he had other jobs and needed to prepare for an overseas trip; he was patient and flexible and very reasonable in his charge for his services. The guy is truly tremendous and made my transition to a new computer, the kind of thing I hate and dread, totally headache-free. It's hard to believe there is such a person and business in this day and age.
